What is Health and Wellness Coaching?
Health and Wellness Coaching is a collaborative, client-centred process that helps you make meaningful and sustainable changes to improve your overall wellbeing. It combines practical goal-setting with deep personal reflection to support you in creating a healthier, more balanced, and fulfilling life.
Note: Coaching is not Therapy/Counselling - Coaching is future focused. It guides you to identify what truly matters to you, clarify your goals, overcome obstacles, and build the motivation and skills needed to take consistent action towards your vision of health and wellbeing.
A holistic view of wellness, supporting you across emotional, physical, social, occupational, and spiritual domains. Whether you want to improve sleep, find life balance, or connect with your values, health and purpose. This approach to coaching helps you move forward with clarity, consistency, and confidence. It’s a strengths-based, preventative model that fosters resilience, vitality, and discipline.

Role as a Coach
With formal qualifications in Psychology, Counselling, and Personal Training, I offer an integrative coaching approach that bridges mindset, motivation, and physical wellbeing. I blend evidence-based strategies from behavioural science, therapeutic insight, and fitness education to guide clients toward clarity, consistency, and a sustainable sense of health. My background supports a coaching experience that is both reflective and action-oriented.
Note: Coaching is not personal training or diet planning. While I hold qualifications in fitness and health, this service does not include exercise programming or meal prep plans. I am not a dietitian or clinical nutritionist. However, I do offer holistic nutritional understanding in alignment with professional scope of practice. This means supporting you to build healthier relationships with food, explore eating habits, and create sustainable lifestyle routines that complement your mental and physical wellbeing.
As an Intergrative Counsellor, I bring:
- Emotional attunement and the ability to build strong, trusting rapport
- Insight into motivational blocks, inner resistance, and psychological patterns
- Evidence-based communication and behaviour change strategies
- Clarity on when coaching is appropriate—and when deeper therapeutic work is needed
Tools and techniques I draw on include:
- Motivational Interviewing (MI)
- VIA Strengths identification
- SMART goal setting and habit loop analysis
- Positive Psychology frameworks (e.g., Wellness Wheel, PERMA)
- Self-care mapping and daily routine audits
- Stress-response tracking using somatic and reflective techniques
